There was a time, somewhere around When Harry Met Sally, when Meg Ryan was as fresh faced and girl-next-door-y as an actress can be; that was before she got a metric ton of plastic surgery. We can’t be totally sure what work the Lives of Saints star has had, but from the looks of it, she’s had at least: her lips done (either injected with a filler like Restylane, or a permanent implant), her cheeks done (implants or fat grafting), her eyes (either a bad blepharoplasty, or a face lift), her brow (again, it might be a blepharoplasty, or it could be a brow lift), a neck lift ( to pull back any sort of ”turkey neck” she might have), and Botox injections (smoothing her skin out). That’s a lot of work for a woman who was once known for her natural and wholesome look. It’s a shame really, she’s talented and could’ve probably better shifted into playing older roles if she would’ve stayed away from the plastic surgeon.

Courtney Cox spent her entire run on Friends as the gorgeous but flat-chested Monica Gellar; a role that won her acclaim and fame. Her lack of boobage helped her fit the role better, as Monica was a new take on the classic girl next-door. However, since the end of Friends she’s been taking on roles that required her to be a little more sultry, namely her role on the hit show Cougar Town. As part of her sultry new image and her post-married life, Courtney Cox went out and got herself some breast implants, and her surgeon did a great job. She looks great, as the surgeon didn’t go overboard and she ended up with breasts that fit her frame perfectly. As she gets older, look for Courtney Cox to get more surgery as she tries to stay looking young.

Television sitcom “friends” star Courtney Cox recently had breast augmentation (breast implants) plastic procedure. you can easily see that in above before and after photo. She is among those celebrities who are open about plastic surgeries. Rumor is that she has done botox in very moderate doze to stay naturally young, well that is what she says.!

Clay Aiken has come a long way since his time on American Idol; he’s had hit songs like “Invisible, had a kid, come out of the closet, and had some plastic surgery. By “some”, we’re talking about his ear-pinning (otoplasty), eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and possible chin implant. Needless to say, the Celebrity Apprentice star looks very different than he did during his days on Idol. He doesn’t really look better though; in fact, he looks very fake, and almost like a wax statue of himself. It’s a shame really, he was a little weird looking before, but not so much that it took away from his talent. Now, his plastic look is downright distracting.

Michelle Williams is one of the Hollywood minority. Not because she survived her stint on a teenage-romance drama to go on to become a real star, she is so rare because she is a major movie star who does not appear to have had any cosmetic procedures done. Of course, rumors have circulated in recent years that the former Dawson’s Creek star, current star of films like My Week With Marilyn & Brokeback Mountain, has had various plastic surgeries in order to attain her sharp features. They point to differences between her softer look in the work of her days on the Creek and the pronounced cheekbones plus thinner nose that can be seen now. However, they think that the perennial Academy Award contender actually shed baby fat while growing up. Bear in mind, a teenager (even a famous one) has to be allowed to grow and change a little as they grow up. It is possible that she trimmed ever-so-slightly the point of her nose but it always appeared to be sharply shaped. So that is our opinion on this one, despite the rare case that it is — Michelle Williams has not had any cosmetic surgery procedures. Now the elderly lady haircut she is going with these days is a different story.

JK Rowling has made over a billion dollars because of her work authoring the Harry Potter series, and she’s used some of that cash to create some magic of her own. She clearly paid for some great plastic surgeons, because after becoming famous, she went from “weathered looking single mom” to full-blown “wow, that older lady is gorgeous” in a matter of months. It would appear that JK has had eyelid work done, most likely a blepharoplasty to remove the bags from under her eyes, and some type of laser smoothing, as she doesn’t look Botox-ed, but surely looks far less wrinkled. We can’t advocate risky surgery, nor do we usually like the results, but in JK Rowling’s case, she worked hard to make her money and got some very tasteful and well done surgery with it. She is a great creative writer and clever in the art of life as well. Good job JK!

There’s bad boob jobs, there’s really bad boob jobs, and then there’s the boob job that all other boob jobs never want to be. Unfortunately for former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, she spent years walking around with a breast augmentation that had girls the world over saying “I just don’t want mine to look like that”. She’s since fixed the issue, opting to down-size her chest to a more natural look, but for a long time her breasts looked like two softballs glued to a wall, not a great look. She’s also been the subject of a ton of nose job (rhinoplasty) rumors, as her nose has clearly gotten thinner over the years. We can’t vouch for how much work she’s had done on her sniffer, David Beckham probably doesn’t even know, but we know that a plastic surgeon has had his hands on Victoria Beckham’s face. We hope she lays off the plastic surgery in the future because she’s actually a great looking lady.

Steven Tyler has been a major celebrity for longer than most of us have been alive, and like most celebrities that spend a long time living the superstar lifestyle, he’s had some plastic surgery; more specifically, a nose job (rhinoplasty). During his early days as the lead singer of Aerosmith, Tyler had a bit of a wider nose with almost a pug look to it. However, now that he’s a judge on American Idol, you can see that his nose is thinner and shaper; it’s also a little lopsided, indicating that his plastic surgeon made some mistakes. There’s also been a lot of rumors that Steven Tyler has had Botox injections or some other type of filler, but we think that it’s more than likely just stage make-up that making him look less wrinkly. We also have to point out that his famed wide lips are totally natural; they’ve always been there.

Kate Hudson, the Golden Globe Award winning star of Almost Famous, was long considered to be one of Hollywood’s greatest natural beauties, but that all changed to the public when she got a breast augmentation a few years ago. However, it actually changed years before when she got a nose job (rhinoplasty), just no one seemed to notice. The plastic surgery on her nose made is significantly smaller and thinner, while her breast augmentation did the exact opposite to her chest. She went from a completely flat A-cup, to a fuller B-cup, maybe even a small C-cup, and appears to have coordinated the surgery with her pregnancy so that the change in size seemed less obvious. She doesn’t seem to have overdone anything as of yet, but since she’s still in her early thirties, she needs to quit now so that she doesn’t end up a plastic princess in her forties.
